The large kitchen with breakfast area is fully equipped and includes cooker, microwave, large fridge/freezer with ice-maker, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, utensils, pans, crockery, telephone, table and chairs.  There is also a washer, tumble dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron and ironing board.

The dining room has a large dining table and chairs, which provides a more formal setting for family meals and is in addition to the kitchen dining area.

The lounge is equipped with a comfortable sitting area, digital cable TV, DVD player and a CD music system to help you relax after a day at the theme parks.  A selection of CD’s and reading books are provided for your use.

BEDROOM 1 - the Master bedroom with Queen-sized bed, drawer units, digital cable TV, clock/radio leading into a large en-suite with twin vanity unit, twin corner tub, large walk in shower cubicle and wc.  Leading from the en-suite is a walk in dressing room with hanging rail system for clothes. Patio doors lead from the bedroom straight onto the pool area.

BEDROOM 2 has a double bed, cable TV, clock, walk in wardrobes, draw units and en-suite tub, overhead shower and wc.

BEDROOM 3 has bunk beds (single top bunk, double base bunk), walk in wardrobes, drawer units, cable TV and X-box with a selection of games.

BEDROOM 4 has twin beds, walk in wardrobes and drawer units.

The villa also has a family bathroom which consists of a tub with overhead shower and a wc, this is located between bedrooms 3 and 4.

After a hard day visiting the theme parks or shopping, relax in the large private screened pool which can be heated if required.

Relax in the screened deck area on the sun loungers beside the pool.  Eat al fresco using the George Foreman BBQ.
