All the productions since 1990 have been done using Med.
Drum and Bass music involves the essence of lots of rythmn and good
bass lines so Med is the perfect solution to do tracks quickly..
(some of my DJ dub-plates took only 2-3 hours to make!).

The sounds come from either an Akai s3000i or an Akai s6000.
They are sampled on the mac then messed around with or chopped up,
then via a scsi, transferred to the akai sampler. "
