About Us

Our school is a safe and friendly community that prides itself on making our children as confident, caring and as successful as we can. This website will give you a flavour of our school, introduce the people who work in it and celebrate the work and achievements of our children.

Meadow Farm School is located in the Chaddesden district of the city of Derby and has easy access to the A52 dual carriageway and the M1 motorway.  The school was built in 1968 to serve the community created by the building of a new housing estate of council houses and flats attached to existing private housing.   We cater for children between the ages of 3 and 11.

The school provides a curriculum which will enable every child to become confident, caring and accomplished.  The school also places a strong emphasis upon the development of an educational partnership with parents.
