We are a small group who train in the internal martial art of Cheng Hsin.

Meeting in Cardiff on Sunday and Wednesday evenings.

Practice Times:
18.45 - 21.00 Sunday at St Lukes Church Hall, Victoria Park, Cardiff.
19.00 - 2100 Wednesday at Cardiff Aikikai, Cecil Street, Lower Roath, Cardiff
