John Lott or Loftt (abt. 1788-1851) was my mother's great great grandfather.
His date of birth was given on the 1841 Census as 50 years, which means that he
could have been anything between 50 and 54 years at the time. He was probably
the John Lott who was baptised on 27 April 1788 at St Andrews, Holborn to
William and Mary Lott. Unfortunately, he died just before the 1851 Census, which
would have given his precise age.

St Pancras Old Church. 11 children. Their fourth child was George John
Petty. John died on 31 July 1876. Mary Ann was still alive at the time
of the 1881 Census. |
