How to order

Our online ordering process is the same as most other online stores. If you are unfamiliar with this then follow the directions below or contact us for further assistance. Remember postage is FREE within the UK!

1. Use the navigation menu on the top-left of the screen, beneath the BUY ONLINE heading. Click on the item you wish to purchase.

2. You will then be taken to our shop. At the right-hand side of your chosen product Click> ADD TO BASKET.

3. A new window will open. At this point you can repeat the process for any further products you wish to add to your basket by Clicking> CONTINUE SHOPPING.

4. Click> VIEW BASKET at any time to view and amend your order.

5. When you are ready to purchase Click> PROCEED TO CHECKOUT in your basket and follow the step by step process.

Ordering by Post

If you are unsure about ordering online you can always send us a cheque. Here's what to do:

1. Print out the mail order form from the left-hand menu. Calculate the total cost of your order, remember postage is FREE within the UK.

2. Make out your cheque payable to MATTHEW ENTWISTLE and write your cheque guarantee card number, guaranteed amount and expiry date on the back of the cheque.

3. Send your order and cheque to: MATTHEW ENTWISTLE, Mountainmere Research, 69 Harwood Road, Rishton, Blackburn, Lancashire, England. BB1 4DH

4. Don't forget to include your delivery address and please supply us with a contact telephone number or email address should there be a problem with your order.

Delivery

DVDs and books offered by Mountainmere Research are published and stocked by us. For this reason, we are normally able to prepare and dispatch your order within one day of receiving it. Only in exceptional circumstances, such as holidays, should there be any exception to this timetable.
