The house totals 112 Sq. m. has gas central heating, double glazing, two bathrooms, two double bedrooms, and consists of three floors:
Kitchen - with a door to the lower terrace of the garden. There is a double sink with lovely views across the ravine, gas hob, oven and fridge, small table and chairs for eating, cupboards. (photos). The sun hits the kitchen door in the morning and you can breakfast outside overlooking the ravine. If you are up early enough you can see the goats and hear their bells as they set off up the mountain for the day, as you sip your coffee
Downstairs bathroom - with large shower, toilet, wash basin, bidet, and washing machine.
This floor is taken up completely with the sitting room with two double sofa beds which allow four more people to be accommodated. The ceiling is barrel vaulted and there are open stairs to the top floor. The window looks out over the ravine and the door opens to the upper terrace of the garden (photos). The sitting room is cool in the summer when the garden might be hot and with the two sofa beds makes a nice place to read or siesta.
This consists of two double bedrooms, bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin, and hall (photos).
