The house is located on the Dingle peninsula, an excellent location for a multitude of activities, the most popular of which is walking as this is the best way to enjoy the wonderful scenery. Just over a mile to the east of the house lies Dingle town which is famous for its restaurants, shops and pubs.
The kitchen has a dining area, which can easily seat up to 6 people, it is well equipped with an electric oven and grill, gas hob, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. The double aspect sitting room is comfortably furnished with multi-channel television available. There is also a W.C. on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a large landing, a family bathroom and three bedrooms, a double, twin and a single, all bedrooms have views towards Dingle Bay. Outside there is a large private garden with patio furniture and a private drive.
Weekly rates are 300 - 375 pounds sterling dependent on dates. Towels, linen and fuel are included in the price. No pets are allowed and no smoking is permitted in the house.
