For large parties wanting to use additional beds, i.e. more than the 4 double and 2 single beds, a charge of £25 per bed per week is required to cover laundry charges for sheets and towels.

For car hire, please let us know what you are looking for. We aim to provide the lowest possible ALL INCLUSIVE price.

Booking terms;

25% non refundable deposit as confirmation of booking.

Balance to pay no later than 8 weeks before departure.

A deposit of £150 against breakages is required.

Price includes maid service once each week, additional service available on request.

Last day of previous booking is available for arrival of the next guest.

To allow the maid to prepare the villa for the next arrival, guests must leave by 10:00 and the villa is available for the next party after 16:00.
