Choosing the Right Tool

You don't need a sledgehammer to crack a nut.  Some dynamic simulation problems don't need a full scale commercial simulator. Excel is still the most widely used simulator out there, and it can do more than you think.

The above tools are completely open-source and can be modified to handle any similar problem where detailed property calls can be replaced with simplfied models.  These models are, as yet, undocumented but should you want to use APESS to build similar models or extend these for your own applications, then documentation will be developed.  Contact us for more details - sales@apess.co.uk.
