This was the first of several events to be held over the next 3 years to publicise futsal.

During the next 12 months there will be opportunities for people to get involved in futsal.

Our last publicity event took place at Rothwell Sports Centre, Leeds in December 2007 to showcase the game to specially invited football clubs. This included girls at U12 and U13 age groups, U11 boys, U16 boys and open age men.

The event was a success with interest being shown for new girls’ leagues in Spring 2008 and an open age men’s league which commences on 1 February 2008 at the Scott Hall Sports Centre in Leeds
