Fees

As every project is totally individual we provide a FREE initial consultation to discuss your requests in detail.  Following this meeting we  will offer you a breakdown of the prices involved in our service and a note of the fees for obtaining design approval  for planning permission and  building regulations should you wish to take out a contract with us to do the work.

Additional Local Authority Fees

Planning

In the case of new development a 'Section 106' Agreement for Recreation and Open Spaces based on the number of additional; units will be requested by the local authority before approval papers are released.

Building Control

Building regulation Certificate fees are based on a Plan fee shown on our contract  and an inspection fee that becomes due once work starts on site.
