  In the Name of God Amen
I John Grant of Steeple cum Stansgate in the County of Essex
Yeoman being in good health of Body and of sound mind praised
Be God for the same do make and ordain this my last Will and
Testament in manner following first and principally I commend
my Soul to God hopeing for a joyfull Resurrection to Eternall
life through the meritts of my Blessed Redeemer Jesus Christ
my Body I committ to the Earth to be decently interred at the
discretion of my Executrix hereinafter named and as to my
Temporall Estate I dispose thereof as followeth I give and
bequeath unto John Willingale of Southminster in the County
of Essex the Sum of two hundred Pounds of lawfull Money of
Great Britain to be paid unto him by my Executrix hereinafter
named in manner following (that is to say) ten Pounds paid
thereof within one Month next after my decease the Sum of one
Hundred Pounds more part thereof within twelve Months next
after my decease and after the payment of the said Hundred
Pounds then ten Pounds p Ann untill the remaining Sum of
Ninety Pounds shall be fully paid and satisfyed but my mind
as well is that in case the said John Willingale shall happen to
depart this life before my said Legacy shall become due and
payable unto him in manner as aforesaid either in all or in part
that then all or such part as shall not be due unto him at the time
of his decease by virtue of this my will shall be and remain unto
my said Executrix Item I give unto my Kinsman John Uskell[?]
the Sum of ten Pounds of like lawfull Money to be paid unto him
by my said Executrix within twelve Months next after my
decease Item I give to my Cousin William Woodwards all my
Wearing Apparell to be delivered unto him immediately after
my decease Item I give to my cousin John Woodwards Son
of Jeremiah Woodwards the Sum of ten Pounds of like lawfull
Money to be paid unto him by my said Executrix when he shall
attain to the Age of one and twenty Yeares Item I request and
desire my Servant Isaac Barker to be aiding and assisting to
my Executrix hereinafter named about the Execution and
performance of this my Will in such matter and things as she
shall request and desire his aid and assistance and I give to the
said Isaac Barker the Sum of twenty Pounds of lawfull Money
for his paines and trouble therein lastly I give and bequeath
unto Elizabeth Sharpe Daughter of William and Elizabeth
Sharpe of Tolleshunt Bushes in the said County of Essex all
and singular my Goods Chattels Cattell Stock Leases Ready
Money Bonds Bills and all other my Personnall Estate whatsoever
she paying my Debts Legacyes and Funerall Expenses out of the
same and I do hereby nominate and appoint her the said
Elizabeth Sharpe the Younger sole Executrix of this my will
hereby revoking all former Wills by me made and declarring
this only to be my last Will and Testament In Witness whereof
I have hereunto sett my Hand and Seal the Nine and Twentyeth Day
of March Anno D[omi]ni 1729 Anno Secundo Georgii Secundi Regis

[The probate details of this will are in Latin, and have not been fully deciphered yet, but the will was proved on 20th December 1729, and refers to Elizabeth Sharpe as 'Ux[or] Isaaci Barker' - wife of Isaac Barker]
