In the GRO birth index (at FreeBMD), he must be Frederick Henry DAY registered

year old at the 1861 census.

Notes: At the 1861 census, Mary Ann's mother and unmarried sister were
staying with Mary Ann's family. There is nothing particularly remarkable
about this, except that both mother and sister were named Elizabeth
BERRY. This conflicts with Mary Ann's marriage certificate, which clearly
states that she was a spinster named FAZACKERLY, daughter of 'late' John
FAZACKERLY. At present, the only explanation for this peculiar situation
would appear to be..... that Mary Ann's father John died when she was young,
and that her mother Elizabeth remarried to a chap named BERRY, and had at least
one child (Elizabeth) by him. And then BERRY must have also died, because
Elizabeth BERRY senior was a widow by 1861. Further investigation
required.
