I have concluded that this William HAGGER probably never existed. His apparent
1893 baptism is either a transcription error or a re-baptism of William John
born 1891. The births of all William & Annie J HAGGER's children were
registered, except this second 'mystery' William HAGGER, including Edward
Joseph in 1893 - baptised only a month before 'mystery' William!
