PelletHead
started in about 1992 with the same line-up they that they currently
posess. In between Nick the drummer was replaced for a few years by
his sister Sarah when he moved to Sheffield. She had to leave the band
and he slipped back onto the vacant drum stool once more a year and
a bit back.

They've played many gigs in the North-East in various pubs, clubs and
festivals, with the odd away-day. Recently they've started to look farther
afield and will hopefully be spreading their wierdness throughout Europe
and beyond in the coming years.
They've
played support to many visiting dignatries such as Kenickie, The Palace
Brothers, Donkey, Kodiak, and the Goober Patrol amongst them. They're
reknowned for pulling out all the stops in their live gigs, and never
having a bad one.
PelletHead
have been compared to many diffrent bands, probably because of the variety
from song-to-song, they include: Husker Du, Pavement, The Specials,
The Minutemen and the B52's. So work that one out! Check out the samples
page to hear the real deal.
