We would like to welcome you to our caravan, A luxury 3 bedroom, 8 berth mobile home (only 3 years old). It has a large spacious lounge area with a 21" televideo, digital TV, seperate dining area with a CD radio cassette player. The modern fully equipped kitchen has a fridge with small freezer compartment, a range style duo oven and a microwave. The bathroom has a shower fitted. 

There is a balcony fitted so that you can sit outside and enjoy the view. 

It is carpeted throughout and has heating in every room.

For your safety there are fire extinguishers, smoke alarm and burglar alarm installed.

 

You have an excellent sea view over Filey Bay from your large panoramic window in the lounge.

 

We provide all bed linen and ensure that the caravan is thoroughly cleaned prior to your arrival..
