It is a great opportunity to spread the word about Fairtrade.

it's easier than ever to include Fairtrade in your everyday shop and
Make Fairtrade Your Habit.

Fairtrade Fortnight is an ideal opportunity to help spread the word about Fairtrade and the benefits it brings to farmers and workers in developing countries.

However any time of year is a good time to spread the good news!

In 2006 we produced a Fairtrade Recipe Booklet with some yummy recipes. 

Many people already use Fairtrade tea and coffee.
We hope this will encourage a greater use of items such as sugar, dried fruit, honey and chocolate amongst our communities.

 

 

In Leicester, LaFT produced a new updated Fairtrade Guide. You can pick up a copy from JUST - the Fairtrade shop in Town Hall Square.

 

The number of stores and cafes using Fairtrade has risen dramatically.

If you have any influence over any local businesses

 perhaps you could try and persuade them to

“Go Fairtrade”
