• Video Licencing - Every package includes a Wedding Video Recording License (WVRL) from the ECL. This covers the permissions from both the PPL and the MCPS on any special songs you would like used on the DVD. The license also covers copyrights for music played in the church or the venue, including live bands
• No extra charge if the day runs later than expected (within reason)
• We have Public Liability Insurance

On the day

My day starts approximately one hour before the service and generally continues till after the first dance (depending on ceremony time and video messages).

I will try to fit in with your guests by wearing a suit. Obviously the larger camcorder and tripod does give it a way a little!

DVD Information

There is no set running time because each couple has different requirements. A typical DVD would last from 60 to 90 minutes.

DVD Chapters

Your DVD will begin with a short introduction, showing your names, the date and a photo to set the scene. This will lead to a main onscreen menu, from which you can access any part of the day. Sub menus may be produced to break down the main chapters further, depending on footage captured.

Presentation boxes vary depending on your chosen package and individual requirements.

Payment Details & Optional extras

Payment Structure

• A small deposit (usually £75) is required at time of booking to secure my services for a particular day. (Non refundable)
• 50% of the remaining balance to be paid 3 months prior to the wedding. (£100 is non refundable)
• The final balance is required 2 weeks prior to the wedding

Additional Copies of your DVD

Further copies of your DVD can be produced for a small fee depending upon the quality required. You might need these for your family, friends, special guests, the best man, bridesmaids… or maybe those friends or family who couldn’t make it, but would still like to see how the day went. It also makes an appropriate “Thank you” present for those who played a special part in the day.

DV Master copies

If you wish to hold a master copy for your own use with the best possible technical picture quality, I can supply a DV tape, at your request for a small fee.

Raw Footage

If you are a budding (or established) video editor yourself, we can also supply the original raw footage from the cameras. You can have a go at editing your own wedding. Please call for a quote.
