MST Publishing specialises in reproducing in small numbers, extremely rare books concerned with the British army during the Peninsular War, 1808-1814. This is not a commercial concern, but is the work of an enthusiast of this period who is trying to make some of the rarer texts available to other enthusiasts (whilst making a bit of money).
