The Real World






So its not exciting but for all those that actually want to find out a little bit about me and/or what i am interested in here are a few hints.

I am currently living in Fleet but as you might have guessed from the images come from Wimborne in Dorset. In between i spent the best part of three years in Southampton at Southampton University there and four years in Aberdeen working for and studying at the Robert Gordon University.

A few bits about what kept me busy in Aberdeen are on the 77 page here which has links to all the places you might want to go to. This gives an idea of how i managed to have a lot of fun for three years while working rather hard.

General Interests

These are numerous:
Railways, especially anything to do with Steam, i consider The Swanage Railway in Dorset my home preserved line but have been to quite a few places chasing steam.
Science Fiction and Fantasy, see the section on that, but a pretty broad range, i mostly read novels that have something to do with this but a lot more besides.
Engineering, especially to do with railways, electronics, etc. Conservation, and the natural world in general.
Meccano.
