Q: Are the paintings hand drawn or digitally printed on canvas?
All paintings are hand drawn and painted. We only use the best high quality triple primed canvases and
artist quality acrylic paints to create our stunning paintings. All come framed in the contemporary gallery
style of canvas stretched around a wooden frame, 2cm deep at the sides and stapled and signed on the
reverse. No frame needed, these are ready to hang.
Anything described as a print or digital canvas, will not be hand-painted.

Q: Can you paint me a picture of ЕЕ?
We can recreate almost any good quality photo into a stunning piece of art. Whether you require a print,
digital canvas or painting. If you do not see what you are looking for on the site or you want a picture of your
girlfriend, boyfriend, children, pet etc, please contact us.

Q: If I commission a piece, how long will it take to paint?
If you supply a good quality picture (via email) we will aim to have a mock up picture done and emailed back
to you for approval within 24 hours. Once we have the mock up looking as you want, and all colours have
been decided on, we will start your painting on canvas. It normally takes about 2 working days to complete.
All paintings are posted via 48 hour courier, so, if you order on a Monday, it will be hanging on your wall by
the end of the week. All posters / prints will be posted within 48 hours of payment.

*To avoid disappointment, if you want your artwork as a gift, we advise you to order 2 weeks in advance as
Christmas, valentines etc can be a busy time.

Q: Can you enlarge my photographs?
Yes. We can enlarge your photographs to either A3 or A1 poster size. All printed on high quality 179gsm
semi-gloss professional print quality paper, using the finest inks for a fade resistant image. Should you
prefer, we can also turn your photographs into digital canvas artwork.

Q: How much does postage cost?
Postage to the UK mainland is free. All paintings are posted via 48 hour courier and will need a signature
upon arrival. We DO NOT post paintings outside of the UK at this time, due to costs. All our limited edition
prints are available for worldwide delivery. Please contact us for worldwide postage costs.

Q: How can I pay for the painting / print?
We accept payments via personal / business cheques, postal orders, Paypal or Credit Card through Paypal.
