  Brief History of the club:

The WWBC was formed by 3 kite  buggy enthusiasts in 2000 to ensure future land based traction activities were protected for the benefit of other like minded people in future years on the West Witterings Estate Beach.

Now in 2005 we have achieved that, albeit 2 of the original founder members have now left the sport to pursue other activities

There are now currently over 60 members

 Old News

Traction numbers on the beach increased to 15 at any one time

Instruction allowed on the beach provided individuals have relevant insurance and wear a yellow bib

Teaching will take place on the East Head section of the beach, existing members are asked to be aware of this new phenomena on the beach and steer well clear

Ade Stevens has nominated himself as WWBC instructor and competency tester when possible

Federation Insurance is not valid on the West Witterings Beach at present but is being looked into, so watch this space!
