Following on from the success of "Musical Pick and Mix" Eastbury Players performed another variety concert "A Right Royal Revue".

This was performed at Barking College on 7th & 8th November and at St George's Hospital on 10th November 2002.

Co-Producer - Sue Lees

Sue
Sue is a founder member and Treasurer of Eastbury Players. During office hours she works as a chartered accountant in the local NHS.She has been performing for over ten years, initially with Barking Operatic Society and Cameo Players, and more recently with Havering Music Makers, the BHB Strolling Players, and now the Eastbury Players.During that time she has been fortunate enough to play the following musical roles: Peep-Bo in The Mikado, Adelaide Adams in Calamity Jane, Dolly in Hello Dolly (twice!), Lady Thiang in The King and I, Tzeitel in Fiddler on the Roof, Jane in Patience, the title role in Iolanthe, Sarah in Guys and Dolls, Laurey in Oklahoma!, The Duchess in Me and My Girl, and most recently Josephine in Eastbury's HMS Pinafore. Sue is also an experienced seamstress and embroiderer, and is often found throwing together costumes for the society!

Co-Producer & Choreographer - Christine Presland

Chris
Chris has been choreographer for all Eastbury Players shows to date, which makes a total of 3! She is a student of the Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts where she is training to be a dance teacher, specialising in tap. She also attended The Academy Drama School. She has been choreographer of shows for Havering Music Makers, including 'The Time Show' and 'Stars' at the Queen's Theatre and also as co-producer and choreographer of 'A Variety Show' and 'A Show of Two Halves' at Campion School. She was also choreographer of Eastbury Players' 'Musical Pick and Mix' and HMS Pinafore. Chris would like to thank the cast for their hard work and for putting up with her again!.

Musical Director - Malcolm Swan

Malcolm
Malcolm Swan is an Honours Graduate of the Royal Academy of Music, where he studied piano and trombone. He is widely experienced as a pianist, ensemble player and accompanist, also as a freelance trombonist and teacher. Currently he works as a class teacher at a Junior School in Havering and he has just successfully completed a Masters degree at Goldsmiths University London, in music performance.

Performance Accompanist - Mimma Cardullo

Mimma
Mimma graduated in 1995 from the Conservatoire in Messina, Italy. She continued her studies in Florence and Catania, specialising in composition, Gregorian song and the organ. She came to England in 1999 where she studied jazz at Goldsmith's College, University London. Summer 2000 she worked as a cocktail pianist on a cruiseship in the Mediterranean, she also entertained for many private functions including the AGM of the Duke Ellington Society UK. Since July 2001 she has been accompanying several Amateur Operatic and Dramatic Societies and ballet classes. She performs as a solo pianist in several London venues and is currently working on a production of Annie.
