FAQ

1.Where and when do you rehearse?
Mondays at Eastbury House - 7.30pm till 9.30pm. There are occasionally other rehearsals in the week which are held at St. Georges Hospital in Hornchurch, particularly near show dates.

2.How much does it cost?
£26 per quarter, which includes access to the members-only section of the website and the chance to join the fun not only during rehearsals but during our many social events too! Also includes the Eastbury Players bi-monthly newsletter 'Eloquent Proclamations'.

3. How do I join?
Just send us an email or phone Joanne on 020 8590 4541 and we will invite you to come along and sample a rehearsal with us! If you decide you would like to join us then you will need to audition by singing a song of your choice (Do not worry! This isn't as scary as it sounds!).

4. What shows have you done in the past?
'Musical Pick and Mix' (January 2002)
'HMS Pinafore' (June 2002)
'A Right Royal Revue' (November 2002)
'Godspell' (June 2003)
'A Show of Emotion' (November 2003)
'Ruddigore' (May 2004)

5.What type of music do you do?
We try to cover as wide a range of musical styles as possible especially when doing concerts when we try to incorporate pop, numbers from musicals and the traditional Gilbert and Sullivan number!

6.What are your plans for the future?
Our future shows have not yet been confirmed, but our long-term goal is to steadily increase our society members, audience and funds and move onto bigger shows and venues
