The council will not collect old televisions, computers or printers. 

If they are in working order or are repairable, you could offer them on Freecycle
(indicating whether they are working or not).

Otherwise, they should be put into the appropriate 'cage' at
Redbridge Refuse & Recycling Centre (on the right hand side, soon after you enter the site).
