Seven Fields Conservation Group is a local community, voluntary group committed to the  conservation of the Seven Fields Nature Reserve, North Swindon 

Seven Fields is rich in wildlife and has some of the best wildflower meadows in Wiltshire, with ancient hedgerows, stream and a magnificent Wild Service Tree and Penhill Copse (ancient woodland). It received a Local Nature Reserve Designation in 1995 -- Read on to find out about  its biodiversity 
Situated in North Swindon, in a valley surrounded by the communities of Penhill, Greenmeadow, Haydon Wick, Abbey Meads, Whitworth and close to Haydon View, Pinehurst, Rodbourne Cheney and Upper Stratton and well used for walking, cycling and the quiet enjoyment of nature

The Millennium Survey 
To celebrate the new millennium, the Seven Fields Group asked the County recorders of wildlife in Wiltshire to conduct a survey of species

Seven Fields Nature Reserve is part of a larger Low Key Country Park, which includes playing fields, tennis courts, cricket covers, Bowling green and the small, more formal Penhill Park with Swindon's largest collection of spring flowering bulbs.
Wild Service Tree
Sorbus torminalis -the Wild Service Tree - is a rare tree, the Seven Fields Wild Service is the largest in Wiltshire.
