SAY are one of the only bands in Britain to be operating successfully OUTSIDE of the music industry and have made a conscious effort to form a whole new ethos in music presentation to the masses.

Live shows are something magical to experience, with many people commenting on how much of a positive and happy smile it creates when listening and watching.

They are one of the only bands to self-release a 12" Picture Disc of their album 'Autumn Burrows', they operate a Fair Trade policy which means that all sales go directly back into music production with no profit and their music is some of the most original, memorable and accessible since The Beatles and The Beach Boys. This is a big thing... ;)

All promotional material such as flyers, posters and CD covers are produced using re-cycled paper and printed with vegetable based inks.

Their fan base has spread globally very quickly and have already performed throughout Germany with an incredible rise in popularity in recent months.

Appearing on SKY Television, they have already self-produced 6 music videos which have been championed by fans and press alike and are currently working on two further promotional videos.

They are also currently writing their second studio album, which is to be recorded at home without any cost outlay to the industry- the recording quality and production is second to none, as can be heard with their debut album 'Autumn Burrows' which is continuing to receive rave reviews and is selling at a tremendous speed.

Currently promoting and selling their new German single 'Yr Kicks' (released on the non-profit label 'Aufgeladen Und Bereit') reviews have been outstanding.

Jay Stansfield writes the songs, sings them and plays electro-acoustic guitar.

Rob Ashworth plays a 12-string guitar, electric mandolin, vintage synthesiser and the Djembi. He also sings beautiful harmonies.

Maria Stansfield plays a multitude of instruments including keyboard, flute, Language Master, Glockenspiel and beautiful harmonies.

Karl Francis plays the drums and sings amazing harmonies pulled out of thin air.

George MacSween plays the Bass Guitar and has a low, harmonious voice... he sings wonderful harmonies.
