There is no default OCAD but there are a number of pre-defined text objects.

A text object is a rotatable symbol, it can be rotated with the direction tool and will rotate with the map if the “include symbols” box is checked when the map is turned.

  Titles

To use a decorative font for a small amount of text, such as a title, the text can be exported from a graphics package in DXF format. This graphic can then be imported and given an outline and / or a fill.
