419 Special vegetation feature

Symbol 419 can be used for special small vegetation features. The definition of the symbol must be given in the map legend.

Colour: green.

Line width 0.18mm

Circle diameter 0.8mm

This symbol is oriented to north.

ISOM 1990 Definition

As ISOM 2000 but line width was 0.175mm

OCAD Methods

Defined as point symbol 419.0, can be drawn with any drawing tool. The ISOM2000 declares this symbol to be oriented to north, we don't think anyone would notice!

Single tree: an unusual or distinctive tree in either open land or forest; frequently information is given as to its type, eg coniferous/deciduous.

Root stock: the upturned root of a fallen tree, with or without the trunk.
