417 Indistinct vegetation boundary

Indistinct boundaries between areas of green, yellow or white are shown without a line. The edge of the area is shown only by the change in colour or dot screen.

ISOM 1990 Definition

No change

OCAD Methods

No symbol is provided in the default.ocd symbol set. The feature does not need to be drawn! But follow these edges at full magnification (F12) to check for gaps between tones.

Drawing Considerations

Does the cultivation boundary symbol need to be shown?

Use the control key to follow an existing line, or...

Edge the adjacent area with a temporary line symbol (use connection lines 704.0 as they stand out).

Then fill the connection line with the new area and edit to fit remaining edges.

Delete the line.
