Training for the new season will begin 4th Aug 08

Training activities 5 nights per week

Supervised training nights are Mon, Wed and Fri 6.30-7.30pm for the younger members

and 7-8.45pm for older members

Everyone welcome (10 yrs plus!)

No old firm tops
