(FIFe) Champion Makeitso Myim Zadi

Pyruvate Kinase-deficiency tested normal

Link to Pedigree

Zadi is now neutered and lives with her son in Berkhampsted.
Click here to see photos of her in her new home.

Father is GCCF Grand Champion Abychat Akenaten (also FIFe Champion) and her mother is our own Somali girl, GCCF Grand Champion and FIFe Grand International Champion Makeitso Annika Hansen.

Our Zadi is a very sweet girl and very very playful.

She has a wonderful golden clear coat to the roots without a hint of grey.   She has wonderful earset.

Zadi is shorthaired like her father but she does, of course, carry the longhair gene.  Briefly in genetics to produce kittens with longhair both parents need to be either longhaired or carrying the longhair gene.

Variants cannot be shown under GCCF rules but in the FIFe (Federation International Feline) system they can be shown.  In the FIFe registeration policy, variants are registered  according to phenotype and are shown in exactly the same class in Category 3 as the Abyssinian cats who do not carry the longhair gene.

Zadi has done well in her few FIFe shows and is now a Champion.

FIFe show awards
3 x CAC (now champion)
1 x Ex.2
1 x Ex.1 (Kitten class)
