Introduction

MS Flight simulator comes with many fine planes as standard, however I think most people will find them a little'basic' and soon want more in the terms of realism. I fly a complete range of aircraft for fun, mostly GA (General Aviation) and frequent helicopter runs. Now having moved to FSX I find myself re-buying all my planes. With the exception of those nice people at 'Just Flight' who made Flying Club compatible for free!

Not that it stopped me buying the new FSX boxed set as I now also have the wonderful Schweizer heli, pics to follow.

Commercial Add In - Just Flight - Piper Tommahawk

This is my favourite GA aircraft, it is part of Just Flights 'Flying Club' add in. I would suggest this as the best add in ever for the GA pilot. If you are starting out with FS2004 I would say GA is the way to go, at least until you find your feet flying. Out of all the GA planes you can get this is easy to fly, very realistic, and looks great.

My Tommahawk is equiped with RealityXP's add in guages, which do add a further level of flyability. Flying club comes with 4 excellent planes and I like them all. However my favourite remains the Tommahawk, even though she does not climb that well compared to her sisters.

Cockpit pic from the heli, and not the best photo, but I dont seem to have spent time taking screenshots, just flying.
Here is my heli in my new dual screen setup...
