Here's a pic of the photon grenade and the launcher unit:
Notes:
The "sling" grip is a special device that replaces the handle of the weapon. It allows the user to slip his(/her) arm inside and grip a small control stick with a trigger button on the front. This makes carrying the weapon slightly easier, prevents it from being dropped accidentally, and allows the user to hold the weapon one-handed if desired.
The launcher device is loaded in clips. To load the weapon, a cylindrical container holding 10 PCCs is slid into a compartment in the rear. If the sling grip is being used, a special, enlarged clip can be added. The enlarged clip stores an additional 30 PCCs in an underslung container. However, this significantly increases the weapon's weight, and makes one-handed use very difficult.
For setting the detonation of either the launcher or an individual PCC, a touch-sensitive screen displays the data. The screen must be tapped rapidly three times in order to allow input, preventing accidental settings changes. The launcher has the screen installed on its left side, and the PCC has it installed on top. The PCCs also have a socket on top to allow connection and settings changes through a launcher.
