Kalai Yaarin R’Erra A’Felarron. Kirarinai moderate. An educated and reserved Councilor, but with a fire for freedom when the need is highest. Embraces the ideals of cooperation among all races, but secretly sees the Kalai as superior to the others. He is never known to give without receiving something in return, but do not mistake this for greed, he seeks the deal that benefits all. Yaarin is a cat for the people and takes a “common being” approach to his analysis of Bills and Measures levied at the Council meetings. Practical and stubborn, he is not an idealist.
*note: He is a very strong psychic and father of Astraen Du’Lerro A’Felarron.
