This section contains information for ...
1) organisations looking for facilitation input and/or facilitation training
2) group leaders and facilitators of all kinds, in organisations or freelance, including training opportunities and resources
- an introductory interactive tour giving an impression of what facilitation is, its history and different applications and some information about my own approach (coming soon)
- an introduction to facilitation, the different kinds and styles of facilitation and what a holistic depth-psychological perspective can add to the practice of facilitation
- a more detailed text on the key principles of facilitation, the different influences and theories it draws from and what an integrative, broad-spectrum approach to facilitation may involve
- a description of my approach to facilitation, including the integral, psychological and group dynamics principles it is based upon
- a section on training for facilitators and group leaders; all of my energy in this area is currently going into The COMMUNITAS Project (see next page) which is a unique training initiative; apart from this I am available to some extent for in-house facilitation training in organisations.
- The COMMUNITAS Project is an exciting and innovative opportunity for a wide range of people to explore and enhance their contribution to the social organisations they belong to; based on a diverse learning community which forms a 'mini-society' for the duration of an event (and possibly beyond), we will have the opportunity to experience and experiment with organisational culture and group dynamics in real-time, supported by an exquisitely experienced facilitator team
- a section (as yet incomplete) on resources for facilitators and group leaders
