In this section you will find information on how supervision can enhance the practice of all people-professions, but especially the helping professions, in all sectors. Wherever the work depends on 'relationships' (and which work does not in some way ?), that aspect of your practice can benefit from psychological depth and reflection:

  1. an introductory interactive tour to the practice of supervision (coming soon)
  2. a brief and simple introduction to supervision as helpful to all kinds of professions and practitioners
  3. a more detailed introduction, including the basic principles derived from therapeutic (clinical) supervision that can helpfully be applied to other professions
  4. a description of my particular approach to supervision, and the concepts and principles I have developed which help us extend and deepen its practice (parallel process, 'Fractal Self', embodied transference and countertransference, etc)
  5. a section dedicated to supervision for counsellors and psychotherapists, and the specific issues involved in integrative supervision across the therapeutic approaches and modalities, as well as what a bodymind perspective can contribute to the work
  6. a section dedicated to supervision for group leaders and facilitators and how supervision can help you perceive and process the group dynamic and its impact on you, allowing you to be more creative and deliberate in your design and facilitative interventions
  7. a section dedicated to supervision for coaches, mentors & consultants and how a depth-psychological perspective can help in deepening the relational, creative and transformational aspects of your practice
  8. a rudimentary section on Supervision Training and how to become a supervisor, plus a list of recommended supervision trainings
