Hi Everyone

My name is Dylan, I am 1 year old and live in North Belfast, and I am a very special boy.
My life has been blessed, with wonderful parents, Carrie & Gary and lots of caring family members & friends

Mum & dad have been very sad recently, I had to visit the hospital a few months ago and it was the first time we had ever heard of TAY-SACHS Disease, I don’t know a lot about it but I know it makes every one cry when they talk about it, so it must be bad.

I have seen my mummy & daddy smile at the thought of going to the USA for a holiday although I have heard hospital and trial treatment being mentioned so it must be to try and help me.
I know this treatment can cost lots & lots of money and that my family don`t have it all so I was gonna ask all my friends and family to help them raise it so mummy & daddy can have lots of time to spend with me without the extra worry.
