Muriel Low – Thoughts and Praises

Thank you for visiting Muriel’s page. In 1983, inspired by the Holy Spirit, Muriel began to write poems in a book, which she called ‘Thoughts and Praises to God the Father’ copies were given to her Christian friends and people she met who she felt needed some encouragement during difficult periods in their lives. Muriel died at the age of 73, five years after beginning her writing. Her words were inspired by the verses from the Old and New Testament Books of the Bible which accompany the poems. These verses, quoted by Muriel, appear to be paraphrases of the original biblical text. The 51 poems have been published privately by Malcolm Low on behalf of Muriel’s family. All proceeds from the sale of the book is for the ‘Torch Trust for the Blind’ Registered Charity Number 1095904
