Orders can be made by any of the following methods:-
Telephone, e-mail, or post. (Details on the contact
page).
Please specify which type of horse you require - remembering any special
features i.e. choice of coloured saddlecloth, rockers or paint finishes etc.
I am also very happy to accept other variations than those already mentioned if
possible, as
well as any special commission for a horse of your own specifications. Please contact me to discuss any details before placing an
order.
Payment
U.K.
Please do not send money with your order. I will send you a pro
forma invoice prior to
dispatch which will include postage and packing (at cost) i.e. a rocking horse
on a safety stand (in a presentation box) will cost £5.50. Parcels are
sent with a postal service that includes compensation for loss or damage.
Goods are sent by return of post on receipt and clearance of payment.
Overseas customers
Please do not send money with your order. I will send you a pro
forma invoice prior to dispatch which will advise you of the choice of
carriage that is available and the costs - which vary in accordance to the
parcel's weight and destination. Methods of payment are preferably by
PayPal or a cheque in
Sterling (which must be drawn on a U.K. bank please and incur no bank
charges). Payment can also be made by a
cheque in your own currency, but regrettably this will incur higher bank charges. Details of this will also
be given on your pro forma invoice, or contact me and I will be pleased to give
you details of these charges. Goods will be sent by return of post on receipt
and clearance of
payment.
Delivery time
Delivery times will vary in accordance with demand and availability (I
also have to make stock for the Autumn / Spring premier shows). However,
all orders will be acknowledged as soon as possible with an estimated
date for dispatch. Should you require a horse for a
specific date it may be advisable to check with me to see what I have in stock
(sometimes limited) or give me as much notice as possible to avoid any
disappointment.
