Alanya is a beautiful holiday centre with modern hotels with many fish restaurants, cafes and bars overlooking crystal clear waters

This part of the Turkish coastline is known as the Turkkish Riviera or Turquoise Coast and stretches from Fethiye in the West right through to the Syrian coastline in the East.

Summer temperatures average 30-40 degrees with a winter average of 15 degrees, and there is a cooling sea breeze in the summer.

It is a large popular resort which lies at one end of a rocky promontory that juts out into the Mediterranean.

It has an impressive 13th Century fortress of Selijuk. The city walls are punctuated by 150 medieval towers.

3 bedroomed villa in its own grounds with an established garden with palm trees. Jacuzzi. Sun terrace with views of the sea. 2 Bathrooms

Our villa is situated on the border of Avsaller and Turkler and a short bus ride from Alanya to the East and Side to the West. The beach is Incekum with beautiful white sands and crystal clear seas.

Incekum offers 6 miles of sandy beaches with clear waters, along a large bay broken occasionally by rocky cliffs.. There is a small commercial centre with a range of shops and restaurants but the facilities in Alanya (15 miles to the southeast) are better for the serious shopper.

Incekum is on the Mediterranean coast of Turkey approximately 65 miles east of Antalya airport along the coastal road. Incekum sits in a lush agricultural region with a backdrop of steep mountains.
