Introduction

Grantley and Christine would like to welcome you to our page. We live in the small town of Shepshed in central England with our son Robert. We hope that this will give you an idea about our interests.

Work

We both work as biologists at the University of Nottingham (Christine under her maiden name of Dodd). Grantley is course manager for the degrees of B.Sc. Applied Biology and B.Sc. Biotechnology, Course Director or M.Sc. Crop Biotechnology and Entrepreneurship and does research in plant molecular biology. Christine is course manager for the degrees of B.Sc Food Science, B.Sc. Food Microbiology and B.Sc. Microbiology and does research in food microbiology.

Social activities

You may also see a list of our interests in family history. Grantley has been involved in local affairs for some time as a school governor and is currently a governor at Hind Leys Community College. He is a long-standing member of the Liberal Democrats and a lifelong supporter of the best football team in the country.
