04:51 PM

Standing near the pond, Jarril stands there, paws behind his back as he watches the pond water ripple slightly.  Hearing a voice behind him, he smiles and turns back around. "Ah.  G'day ta ya as well.  How are things Rothal?"

Rothal walks up to the Abbey Pond, and whenever he sees the Major Jarril is there, gives a smart salute.  "G'day Major Jarril!"

Jarril flicks an ear.  "Ah, can't complain, wot."  Moving his paws to cross them about his chest.  "Finished duties for the day, then?"

Mani watches the two bucks carefully for a moment, the seeing that then realizing they are also in the Long Patrol, salutes, careful not to drop her new uniform on the ground. "G'day, sirrahs!"

Rothal ears twitch slightly, which seems to be a habit of his.  "Yessah.  Just be wonderin' around the jolly old Abbey wot."  At the sound of Mani's voice, he spins around, thinking that another officer has arrived, but then sees it's Mani.  "G'day Mani!"

Jarril turns his head and bows towards Mani.  "G'day ta ya."  Looking at the uniform, the major smiles.  "New?"

Mani nods proudly, though there is a sheepish grin on her face. "Just joined up. I'm Mani Cotton, runner." She grins widely at her fellow runner. "Hullo, Rothal, what've you been up to?"

Jarril gives off a grin and nods at Mani.  "Ah, good, good show.  Runner m'self, wot."

Mani holds out her hand. "Good to meet ya."

Rothal looks over at the new runner.  "Not much Mani.  You?"  He then turns to Major Jarril.   "So any new orders from the top sah?  Or are we just supposed to remain as is?"

Jarril ponders.  "oh I am sure that they come and give us the orders ta give out ta ya if need be."  Turning to Mani.  "So, ya know which major ya under?"

Jarril takes Mani's paw and shakes it.

Mani shakes her head at Rothal. "Not really, just picking up the uniform and meeting a few of the  others." She turns her attention to the Major and shakes her head again. "No Sirrah."

Rothal looks questioningly at the other hares.  "Uniform?  Ah haven't got one o' those yet?  Where do Ah get them?"

Jarril hmms.  "I see.  Well, ya should fit in quite well here.  If ya like, there is practise sessions that I do with the runners on the grasslands each day.  I expect ya ta be there."

Rothal looks at Jarril.  "Practice sessions sah?  Where's the grasslands?  Outside the Abbey?"

Mani salutes to Jarril. "Yes sir!"

Jarril nods his head.  "That's right.  Have ta keep up ta shape, wot.  May keep up with me, doncha know."  Grinning.

Mani grins, her eyes lit up. "Can't wait."

Rothal nods.  "Yes sah.  But when's this go on?  Have to be there to paticipate, wot?"

Jarril looks at Mani.  "Oh can't ya.  Hmm, I suppose I could see just what ya are capable of doing."  Moving a paw to stroke at his chin.  "See how good ya really are, wot."

Mani looks up at the major nervously, her ear twitching.

Jarril holds up a paw and chuckles.  "Oh don't worry.  Ya in now so I ain't gonna kick ya out again.  Just want ta see what ya can do, that's all."

Rothal nods to the Major.  "May Ah come as well sah?"

Jarril looks at Rothal. "More the merrier.  May as well work up an appetite before lunch."

Mani grins sheepishly, a going a tad red. "Ah, alright. Good. Should I change, Sirrah?"

Jarril nods at Mani.  "Aye.  We wait for ya here."

Rothal grins at the Major.  "Work up my appetite sah?  I've never had ta do that in my life."

Mani goes off some place to change. "I'll be right back."

Jarril nods and waits, looking to Rothal.  "So, like it here or do ya prefer the western shores?"

Rothal looks at Jarril.  "Well sah, I'd have ta say here, cause I've never been to the western shores."

Jarril sighs and looks about.  "It is nice, once it's fixed up again.  But I honestly can't wait ta get back home ta the mountain and the sea air.  Nothing like it, wot."

Among the Grassland

Here the grass forms itself into a rippling sea of thick leaves, stretching out almost too far to see it's borderline; that is, if you can see over the tall vegetation.  Cool winds, cool breezes, or sometimes only the heat whisks through the silvery-green strands of plant-life.  Blades seem to dance and reach out to tickle the sky itself, though towards one direction the grass seems to thin out a bit.  Dispite this moment of rarity, the grass still seems to stretch out to the horizon itself.

Exits: [N]orthern [G]rasslands, [O]ut into the [G]rasslands, [E]xplore, [B]ack through the [G]rass

Mani nods, looking up at her superior with all her attention. "Yes sirrah."

Jarril doesn't say anything while standing still and before anything else could be said he starts off in a run.  "Best do a few warm up laps, wot."  Looking behind him and then moving off quickly.

Mani looks on at Jarril, surprised, then darts off after him.

Rothal comes up to the grassy area, and seeing the hares running, dashes of after them.

Jarril continues to run and allows Mani to catch up with him.  Turning his head sideways slightly, he gives a approving nod.  "Ah, good show.  Ya do for a runner, wot."

Mani blushes slightly, and grins. "Thank you, Sirrah." She looks back after Rothal and waits for him to catch up.

Rothal is still running, trying to catch up.  When he sees they slowed, he puts on a burst of speed and finally catches up.

Jarril grins at Rothal.  "Good of ya ta catch up laddo."  Without saying another word, the major speeds up a bit more.  "Well, come on."  He calls back with a grin on his face.

Rothal speeds up to stay with the Major, and manages to stay close behind.  "Well sah, what know?"

Mani grins at Rothal, a pleased look on her face, before bursting off again after him, trying to catch up, but not quite fast enough.

Mani, seeing that Rothal caught up, looks a tad frustraited and puts on another burst of speed.

Jarril looks at Rothal.  "Oh just keep fit, see how long ya can stay running.  Never know when ya be sent for help or have a important message, wot.  I'll meet ya both at the other end of the field."  He grins and decides to show the lower ranks just why his last name is Fleetpaw and speeds up again to full speed.

Rothal tries to keep up, but steadly drops back.  He glares at the back of the Major's head.  "Why the sudden burst a speed sah?  AH can't keep up to ya!"

Mani gets a determined look on her face, and keeps running, although she's behind both of the other hares. She keeps a steady pace, and begins to gain on Rothal as he slows down

Jarril doesn't answer as he reaches the end of the field and comes to a stop.  Waiting for them to catch up, he replies.  "Ah well, this is just me making sure I can stay fast, wot.  Although I wouldn't leave anyone on my patrol in times of need."  Moving to do some leg stretch exercises he grins.  "Anyways, practise every day and ya soon pick up more speed."

Rothal comes up, his breathing still almost even.  "Well sah, ya' certinaly can run, wot.  And Ah though Ah was pretty fast."

Jarril nods.  "Ya both are, much faster than any other critter on our tail, wot."

Mani catches up to Jarril and stops, sitting down and looking at him.

Jarril looks at Mani.  "Ya not tired already are ya miss?"  He hops about with a few jumps and wriggles his ears on each leap.

Mani hops up, a little indignent. "Certainly not, Sirrah! That wasn't even enough to break a sweat!"

Jarril smirks.  "I should hope not."  Still jumping he continues to talk.  "So where ya come from?"

Mani starts to hop around a bit, just to prove she's not tired. "Mossflower. I lived with me Mum and Dad and me six brothers. We didn't leave much."

Jarril stops jumping and does some stretch exercises.  "Ah, and ya okay with leaving Mossflower when the time comes?"

Mani rolls her eyes and begins copying Jarril's movements. "Okay, I've been dying to leave ever since I was five seasons old! I even tried to run away once."

Jarril laughs.  "Ah, bet ya were a right horror when ya were a leveret.  Ya like the mountain though, hard work but it's a really pleasant home ta be in."  Stopping in his stretching he smiles.  "Okay, let's run back ta the other side.  I stick ta ya speed this time."  Bowing and letting his ears flop.  "After ya."  Winking his only eye.

Mani quirks her brow and gives him a smirk. "You bet I was." With that, she takes off towards the other end of the field.

Jarril grins and watches for a moment.  "No doubt, think everyone was at one point."  Muttering that to himself and heading off behind you.  Catching up he slows down.  "So what made ya want ta join?"  Turning his head around.  "Sorry, just trying ta find out more about ya and all.  Gotta get ta know the new recruits.  Don't have ta answer if ya don't want ta though."

Mani shakes her head. "I don't mind at all. I wanted to join because I wanted to be of some help. Not to mention I have a peculiar hate for rats." She absentmindedly fingers her tattered ear.

Jarril doesn't say anything for a while, but his body posture does change a bit, tensing up a tad as eventually he talks through his clench teeth.  "Don't talk ta me about rats or any other kind of vermin pirate scum that sail the seas."  Coming to a stop, the major shakes his head.

Mani's eyes widen a bit, surprised at what had seemed just like a jolly chap go so angry. "O-okay.....Um...eh...."

Jarril holds up a paw.  "Ah, don't mind me.  Ya didn't know."  Smiling slightly he comes up to you.  "My family and a few other woodlanders were killed in a shore raid up north.  So I don't exactly have any love for them but I rather wait in the patrol and let them get ta the mountain eventually whoever did it."  He smiled.  "Then they pay like all the others."

Mani smiles sadly. "I'm really sorry. All I got was a tattered ear." Unsure of what to do, she pats his shoulder sympatheticly and gives him a sad grin.

Jarril pats the paw on his shoulder with his own.  "Oh pish-tosh.  They gave a good battle themselves before the fell.  Can't keep a hare down, doncha know."  Smiling.

Mani smiles at him brightly, and nods. "Right you are, right you are." She looks around a bit. "Righty-o, what shall we do now?"

Jarril grins slyly to answer that.  "Well, glad that ya should mention that.  So I know ya can run but can ya run and keep out of sight."  Looking back.  "I am going ta walk ta the middle of the field and ya miss are going ta start ta reach me without being seen.  If ya can touch my back without me noticing then ya pass that exercise.  Wait for one ear ta fall then start."  Nodding, the major turns and trots back out to the field.

Mani grins slyly and crouches down, waiting for the command.

Moruwil has arrived.

Jarril comes to a stop and looks back, not seeing you.  Moving himself around fully now, the right ear falls down and he begins to scan the grassland, left and right.  Ears twitching to catch any sound at all.

Moruwil rolls over, still asleep, and his arm and paw are now visible past the tall grass to the hare in the clearing.... He groans and continues sleeping.

Mani begins to take off, racing as carefully and as silently as she can. She begins to wonder if she can be seen as she approches the Major, and she touches his back. "Did you hear me?"

Mani asks, ""Or see me?""

Jarril blinks and turns around quickly.  "Er, no.  Ya used my blind side, wot."  Patting Mani's shoulder.  "Good thinking there."  Looking around, he spots something and blinks.  "Excuse me, seems someoen else is in the field, wot."  Crouching down, the major heads off in the direction of where the arm came into view behind Mani.

Kami yawns quietly and stretches out as she lays beside the squirrel. She opens her eyes as she hears other voices.

Moruwil stays asleep for the time being, his ears twitching periodically.

Mani nods a sits still, watching after Jarril carefully. She didn't bother to tell him that she had mearly chosen a side and hadn't even remembered he was blind in one eye.

Jarril slows down and pauses for a moment, keeping his paw near to his belt as he peers through the blades of grass.  Grinning he pops his head through.  "I say, wot!  Nice day for sleeping in the sun."  The head dissappears and he gets up to a standing position.

Kami lets out a scream as she just sees a head suddenly. She leaps up  "What the??" She relaxes as he appears fully.

Jarril bows gracefully.  "Sorry, didn't mean ta startle ya."  Turning around.  "Mani, over here and see what I found."  Turning his head back again.

Moruwil wakes up with a jump, grabbing for his empty sheath. Feeling awkward, he rubs his head, "Ehh, what...? Oh, sorry sir, was I snorin'?" He looks around, not seeing anybeast at first... He looks to Kami, "Awful deep voice y'have, Kam... who was that?"

Moruwil stands up, seeing the hare come into view as he does. "Ah, there y'are. Who might you be, sir, besides an obvious hare of the Patrol? What's yore business wakin' creatures?"

Kami scratches her head feeling embarrassed "Not smart sneaking up on others" She mutters softly. She sighs softly and sits up.

Jarril bows slightly.  "Major Jarril Black Fleetpaw, fast runner, great scoffer and bigmouth insulter.  And I apologise for waking ya up though.  But funny time of day in doing so, doncha think?"

Moruwil chuckles, and nods, looking back at Kami, "The hare's got a point, though, don't he? Sorry, we had an ordeal we did, last night... Not too pleasant. Seems I overslept in effect." He puts a paw out, adding, "Name's Moruwil. Err... trader... and, uh... hater of foxes."

Rothal has arrived.

Mani trots up next to Jarril. "Hullo, there. What'd you do, Sirrah, wake 'em up? How'd they get in here without us noticin?" She grins at the two.

Jarril takes the paw and shakes it.  "Ah, don't worry."  Moving to sit down on the grass, the hare pulls his side pack off over his head.  "Let me make it up for waking ya.  Something ta eat perhaps?"  Opening the pack.

Moruwil eyes the pack hungrily, gets his own haversack from the grass. "Could I trade ye, or is it a free offer?"

Rothal jogs up to the group of beasts in the grasslands, and waves to Jarril and Mani.

Jarril grins.  "Why not make a picnic, it's pratically lunch time anyways and we have supplies."  Looking to where Mani is.  "Come on, may as well have our lunch now with these new friends of ours."

Mani waves back to Rothal, signaling for him to come over with them.

Kami sighs softly and rubs at her head slightly as she watchs and listens.

Mani sits down next to Jarril, eyeing the food hungrily, and licks her lips. She nods to the

Mani nods to the squirrls. "G'day to ya. Sorry we awoke ya, just  had to be sure.

Jarril nods and looks about.  "Aye, don't want ta be woken up by any undesirable's, wot."  Taking out a few things from the pack, few scones, pasties, apples and a flask.

Rurun walks into the grasslands swishing his cane in lazy patterns in the air and all around he manages to spot the group of beasts and he recognizes the major from yesterday and he begins to walk over to them.

Moruwil ugghs, and smiles suddenly, "Well, it's alright... needed an wake-up call, seems. We have stuff to do today, don't we, Kami lass? My sword is in that abbey." He sits by the spread, motioning for her to come over as well.

Jarril looks to Mani.  "Come on, miss.  Out with ya own supplies.  We're going ta have a small feast with our new friends, wot."

Mani crosses her arms and pretends to pout, but with a grin, takes[ takes out her own foodstuff, much similar to Jarril's. She turns her head to see another hare. "Oi, we're just everywhere, aren't we?"

Rothal walks up behind Jarril and looks over his shoulder to see what sort of food their talking about, his ears twitching slightly.  "G'day Major.  Whatcha doing?"

Kami nods her head as she looks at the food but doesn't go for anything. She just sits there beside Moruwil.

Jarril looks at Rothal.  "Lunch, doncha know.  Hare has ta eat after all that running, wot."  Turning his head towards Moruwil.  "Ya mention foxes, friend.  Any trouble?"  Offering a pastie to the squirrel.

Moruwil's eyes widen as his surprise makes him laugh a bit, "Y'certainly are... we could storm the abbey and take it with the company we have here! Hey, I recognize you from inside the abbey! They called you.. uh, Rerun or something the like?"

Moruwil adds, to Jarril, "Uh, yes... I'm looking for one in particular, who could lead me to my arch-rival, as I could call him. This other fox I believe knows where he is... name is Merdez?"

Rurun has just reached the rest of the beasts when the question is asked and with a quick salute to the major he turns to the beast who asked the question with a smile on his face."Names Rurun friend and you are?"

Rothal sits down beside Jarril and Mani, wondering if there's any chance for some food.  As he listens to the talking, he absentmindedly takes a candied chestnut from a small pouch on his belt and nibbles on it

Kami lays on her stomach and props her elbows on the grass and keeps her ears perked as she listens.

Jarril takes a pastie for himself and begins to bite into it.  "Mmm, nothing like good vittles."  Munching he swallows.  "Ah, don't know the fox, sorry."

Rothal ears twitch slightly as he adds his two cents.  "I've heard o' him from a friend of mine.  Don't know much about 'im though."

Moruwil, happy at the enormous company here, smiles ear to ear, "Haha, Moruwil, surprised they haven't warned ye about me! That Kevarr character had me thrown out last night... seems I had another one of my crazy fits. Asked him where this Merdez was... course I don't remember doin' it. He says I threatened him..." He looks at them, putting his paws up, "Don't worry, though, I almost died last night and I'm all better now." He laughs with a heartiness not belonging to a young squirrel.

Mani takes a big bite out of a scone, nodding and mumbling something iunintellegable, but sounds like an agreement to Jarril's comment.

Kami mutters softly under her breath. She yawns softly and closes her eyes sighing quietly.

Jarril nods slowly.  "Ah well, best ta not annoy Kevarr ta be honest at the moment."  Picking up a scone and devouring it quickly.

Rurun plops down near moruwil with a smile."I believe i know a little of your Merdez character he is lord regent of ruingate.

Moruwil looks, concerned, over at Kami... "Uh, sorry, Kami. Won't talk about that any more..." To Jarril: "I agree whole-heartedly, sir. Strange things I saw in that 'un that night. She went berserk as me, almost..."

Moruwil turns to Rurun, with excitement, "Y'know where this beast is?!"

Jarril stops chewing and mutters.  "Ah, now Ruingate I have heard about."  The hare furrows his brow slightly.  Looking at Moruwil, he nods and pops open the flask, then taking a sip.

Rurun says, "Only place i could think of would be at his home in ruingate but couldn't tell ya where it is."

Mani sits quietly and listens to the conversation

Rurun turns his attention to mani with big smile."Well now who might you be i don't believe we have met?"

Moruwil looks all around, eager to hear anything from anybeast, and looks solemly at Jarril. "Then I must find him, get my infermation from 'im, and kill 'im. But first, my sword. It fell one night while I was havin' one o' my calmer fits, and they took it someplace. I need to find it... That's basically my story, emit some minor details... This all to get to a fox named Martulok."

Jarril grins at Rurun.  "New recruit.  Only just joined, wot."

Kami looks at Moruwil raising a brow slightly at his excitement. She stands up and moves away from the crowd ad sits alone by a tree near by. She doesn't eat.

Rothal finishes eating his candied chestnut and removes another from his pouch, and begins to eat this one as well.  His ear twitch and he begins to wonder just what all this is about.  He mutters under his breath about all the vermin floating around the abbey.

Moruwil scowls, but is staring at a scone, not at anybeast, "Martulok is the very abomination that murdered my mother and sister."

Rurun asks, "This happen here about's or in the northlands?"

Jarril takes a deep breath and sighs slightly.  "Bad times indeed when these things happen.  We try and find ya sword for ya and if not, I am sure I can find something from our own supplies we brought.  Will that help?"

Mani holds out a hand to Rurun. "No, I don't believe we have met. The name's Mani Cotton."

Moruwil shakes his head, "I have to use my sword... my... father's sword. If he's up there, alive, I have to have his sword with me. And yes, Martulok took my mother and sister up north and murdered them. But I have no way of knowing if my father is still alive......" He trails off, and adds, "I'm hoping, though..."

Kami starts to idly braid her head fur using a piece of string to tie it up. She climbs up into the tree and sits down on a low branch watching them from above.

Mani scratches her ear and looks down, a little depressed with all the sadness that's going on.

Rurun takes the proffered paw."Rurun Strongblade but suppose you already know that dont."He then turns his head in moruwils direction."Where in the northlands and how long ago?

Mani looks at the hare oddly. "No, I'm sad to say I don't."

Moruwil shakes his head, "The last time I was up north was when I learned that my father might be alive. That was in Shoretown. But I have no way of knowing where the beast took my family. That's what I was up there trying to figure out."

Jarril looks to Rurun.  "Why don't ya go run back ta the abbey and find this squirrel's sword."

Moruwil eyes widen, "I'd greatly appreciate it!!!"

Rurun exclaims, "Right away sir!"

Kami seems to relax now not having to go back into that forsaken place. Did anyone notice she's disappeared?

Rurun rolls over onto his back and backflips to his feet (OOC note he is a show off) and takes off in the direction of the abbey.

Rothal snorts.  "Shouldn't he have asked what it looks like?"

Jarril holds up his paw.  "We can't.  Under orders ta help fix the abbey up, doncha know.  But we are helping as much as we can."  Looking at Moruwil.  "Now, eat if you will."  Moving a pastie towards the squirrel.

Moruwil is so wrapped up in the mission, he just now notices Kami is off to the side. He calls to her, then says back to Rothal, "Ahh, I'd have all the help I need from this lovely miss... Kami, come sit with us! I'm sorry I didn't notice yer dissapearance!"

Jarril rolls his eyes.  "Please tell us what the sword looks like and Rothal here can go tell him."  Shaking his head.

Kami giggles "Silly  hares" she says. She stays in her tree and leans against the trunk "I'm fine up here"

Moruwil laughs, and nods, "Alright... It has a gold hilt and crosstree, image o' my father on th'blade... that should be enough..."

Rothal nods.  "Okay."  Runs off to find Rurun.

Jarril shrugs.  "Ah, they're not silly, they're just a bit out of practise, that's all.  Few wars will ship them inta shape, wot."

Inspiration strikes you from Moruwil, and you envision: "did u know a Froldin, maybe? He was my alt..." After that, it is foggy. Everything goes blank. (to you)

Farren's a treebeast; she isn't the quietest of things in long grass, especially with that twisted leg of hers. So she's audible before she's visible. Crunch, crunch, crunch. She pushes the grasses aside and peers toward everyone else. "Oh, hey..."

Jarril turns his head to were Farren is and nods his head before returning to making a apple vanish quickly.

Farren brightens at the sight of the apple. "Hey, ye've got food, do ye?"

Moruwil snaps his head around, spotting the marten. "Hey, to you, miss... Weren't you in the gatehouse with Kevarr last night?" He pauses, "I recognize you, I think... and if so, I have to apologize..." He tips his hat off to her.

Jarril replies back.  "When has a hare, never had food with him, wot?  Not bally natural I say, doncha know."

Kami sighs softly and comes out of her tree and curls up in the grass closing her eyes. Too many beasts

Farren peers at Moruwil. "Huh? Gatehouse?" She rubs her head. "I wasn't in no gatehouse last night..."

Moruwil frowns... "Sorry, then, mistaken identity an' all that... But there was some little marten gel sleepin' up in the loft somewheres. Nevermind it, then..."

Rothal runs back to the group, panting, and realizes he's a little late.

Farren hmphs. "...Little jill indeed..." Huff.  She crosses her arms and tries to stand a little taller. "Sorry, I haven' met Kevarr yet."

Moruwil looks at Rothal, surprised, "Y'ought to calm down there... what's the matter, sir?" He grins and nods to the marten, before asking "Did you find the sword in there?"

Rothal stares ate Farren.  "Ne'er met Kevarr!  The bossy marteness in the Abbey?"

Farren grins at Rothal. "Nope."

Rurun room-pages, "Ahhhhh you ate farren!".

Kami scratches her head opening her eyes. she creeps back over next to Moruwil and sits up.

Moruwil looks at Kami, puts an arm on her shoulder.

Jarril smiles.  "I've met her a few times.  She is okay if ya know how ta treat her that is."

One of Farren's ears quirk back. "Well, Atma wants me to, but I've been puttin' it off. Ye know."

Kami smiles and leans into him a little bit.

Moruwil seems to ruin the mood by blurting out again, "Did yer find the sword?!"

Jarril takes out his small dirk and cuts one of the apples into slices before placing them down again where the other food is, before taking two slices and biting into one of them.

Rurun comes skidding to a halt near moruwil barely even sweating with a smile on his face that could charm a snake and with a flourish he presents the sword to moruwil."Tis a lovely blade sir found it in the libray."

Rothal plops down on the grass near Jarril.  His eyes watch as Jarril cuts the apple, then he reaches out and grabs a slice.

Jarril doesn't even blink since he said he share the food anyways and continues to munch on his slice, ears flicking and listening to the conversation.

Moruwil takes the sword, "Thank you, thank you!"

Rurun says, "Twas nothing...Whats he so tired looking for?"

Farren peers curiously toward the squirrels. "Whatsat?"

Kami moves slightly as he takes the sword "That is nice" She says.

Moruwil takes the sword, "Thank you, thank you!"

Jarril grins.  "Ah, nothing at all."  Looking at Rurun who had done something right for once.  "Long Patrol is happy ta help, doncha know."

Moruwil sheathes the sword quickly and shakes Rurun's paw, "Thank you, thank you!!! My father, if he's still alive, would give you a great hug. Take this." He gives the beast a medal.

Rurun smiles before accepting the medal."Twas nothing thank you for the medal......At least ya dident hud me." He laughs as he puts the medal on.

Kami giggles softly and flicks her tail around as she watches them.

Jarril gets up and stretches, picking up his pack before slipping it over his head and resting the strap on his shoulder.  "Ah well, I best get off, duties ta perform and all."  Looking to Moruwil.  "Good luck ta ya both on ya journey."  Bowing so that his ears flop forwards slightly, the major smiles one more time and heads off.

Rothal waves to the Major. "G'bye Jarril!"

Rurun says, "Well i suppose i better be headin off after im no fighters round here to practice with..."

Jarril waves back to Rothal before running off at full speed again, leaving he group far behind, very quickly.
