My songs...I write about everything life throws at me. I have written over 140 songs. As I heard Gwen Stefani say the other day in an interview, ''Songs are like little magic gifts sent from up above''. I thought that was a lovely way of putting it because that's exactly what they are! I go through phases - sometimes I write loads (25 in a month last year!) and sometimes I go for months with no inspiration. I've been called to 'spread the word' so a lot of my songs are messages. However, to break through into the music industry, I have recorded some of my more commercial songs. Once I get my foot in the door then I can show the world what I'm all about, and more to the point what 'God's all about!' I have been truly blessed with an amazing producer called Neil Preston who is also an excellent songwriter. A lot of the songs below were co-written with Neil. I'm bursting at the seams with passion, I've got so much to say and so much to give! I just wanna be in a studio all day every day, writing and recording, and out there singing my heart out, filtering the words in to the hearts of others. I could scream with anticipation!! Bring it on!!........... AAAhhhhhhhhhhh............!! Anyway -I hope you like what you hear... |

| 'Almost' is a 'Pop Rock' song with a 'High
School Musical' feel to it. It's about believing in your
dreams and knowing that if you follow them they will come
true. Our dreams are what make us who we are and they
have been given to us for a reason. Focus on the treasure
at the end of the rainbow, know that you already have it,
and as hard as things may get and as long as it takes,
never give up!!! You will get there!!! God put your
dreams in your heart, and in His time they will come
true. This song is personal to my life and where I'm at.
I really feel that I am 'Almost' there... "Doors are
opening, I am entering, through the gates of my, dreams
I'm following". BELIEVE IN YOUR DREAMS... GOD
OBVIOUSLY BELIEVES IN YOU to give you them in the first
place!!! 'Almost' is produced by and co-written with Neil Preston. |

| 'Crazy' is about being 'Crazy' about
someone, even though you know they're not treating you as
you deserve to be treated. I think we've all been there!
I love the music to this song! Neil composed and produced
it, and plays the piano beautifully! I'm not sure my
voice quite matches up! I'd love to hear someone else
sing this song with a voice suited to power ballads...
Any takers, get in touch! 'Crazy' is produced by and co-written with Neil Preston. |

| 'Dancing Heart Hero' - This song was written by me. 'DANCING HEART HERO' is about the fact that 'EVERYONE' is a 'HERO' in their own right. If you look to people in the media for inspiration and if money and fame are your goal, then remember that fame and money will never bring 'True Happiness'. 'True Happiness' comes from 'GOD'. 'JESUS' is the Ultimate 'HERO' as he paid the price for all the bad stuff that we do. If you want Wisdom, Power and Strength to Achieve 'ALL' that you were Created to do then seek help from the Bible and Pray a Prayer asking God to come into your Life (if you haven't already). Believe me. you will 'NEVER' look back and your 'HEART' will 'DANCE' with 'JOY' at the 'HERO' you have become. |

| 'Remember
the Reason Behind Christmas Time - This song is all about
remembering the 'Real' reason behind Christmas. In
all the hype involved in getting Christmas presents,
going out for drinks, spending money, putting up the
decorations, waiting for Santa to come, the real reason
behind Christmas... 'JESUS'... gets lost. We are in fact
celebrating the Greatest gift of all time. Jesus came to
earth to save us and whether you believe that or
not, it's true! Say some prayers this Christmas and Jesus
will reveal Himself to you personally. Believe me - it
will be the best Christmas present you've 'EVER'
received!! This song was produced and co-written with Neil Preston. Neil and I are, creatively, a match made in Heaven and I just want to say a special 'thank you' to Neil! |

| 'Too Hot to Handle' is about Good versus evil and
how God will 'ALWAYS' prevail over obstacles thrown in
our way. It's about never giving up on your dreams and
visions, as they are given to us for a reason, that is
beyond our understanding. It is a song of 'Pure
Determination' that I will achieve my call and others
that feel they are called WILL achieve what they are
called to do. Let your dreams become a reality and don't
let anything get in your way!!!! The song was initiated, co-written and produced by Neil Preston |

| 'Inspiration' - This song was
co written with Neil Preston. Neil
was the inspiration behind it as he wrote it and I helped
him out with the melody. I love this song, it
was one of the earliest ones I recorded but it remains
one of my favorites. It's about aiming high, being
inspired by your own ability, and not giving up no matter
what. Pretty much a reflection of my own work
ethic! The song was also produced by Neil Preston. |

| 'Jealousy' was originally written for a
girl in America that Neil had a link with. I wrote it
because jealousy is a very common problem - especially
with girls. I've also written another song about jealousy
called 'Jealousy Fever'. It's not nice being on the
receiving end of jealousy, especially when you're a nice
person. The message I'm trying to get out is that we all
have our own strengths and weaknesses. People who have a
tendancy to get jealous should channel their energy into
making the most of their own strengths, instead of
dwelling on bittermess they hold due to the strengths of
others. Be proud of eachother and encouraging - it's a
much nicer quality, and when your energy is being
channeled in this way... who knows what you can achieve
for yourself !!! This
song was co-written and also produced by Neil Preston. |

| 'Your Dreams Believe Them' - This song is another
co-written song with Neil Preston that is one of my
favorites. It was originally written by Neil as a work
project and called 'Be Brilliant.' I re-wrote the lyrics
and called it 'Your Dreams Believe Them.' I truly believe
'if you believe in your dreams they'll come true.' I love
the Rock feel to this song, it's unlike anything I've
done before. This
song was also produced by Neil Preston. |

| 'Feel the Sunshine' was runner up in the Dance
category of the U.K Songwriting contest 2006. It was also
released in 2005. I wrote it in a studio in Liverpool
alongside a friend of mine, JFMC. It has a summer feel to
it and really does make you feel good on those rare
occasions when the sun's out. The reference in the lyrics
to a place called 'Heaven Island' has a much deeper
meaning than the way it sounds on the surface. Heaven is
a real place and it is where we will
meet our maker. |

| 'Done and Dusted' - This song was the first song
I ever recorded. It's about the break up of a
relationship I had with a certain cast member of
Emmerdale, whose name I won't reveal! I think it's a
subject most people can relate to. Relationship
breakdowns can be painful but the message of this song is
that, as one chapter of your life ends, another one
opens. It obviously wasn't meant to be, there's someone
out there for everyone and when the right time comes
you'll find them. Until then, make the most of what
you've got and draw strength from the Lord. This song was also produced by
Neil Preston. |

| 'Respect to the Lord' - The title says it all. I have
the upmost respect for the Lord! He rocks! The lyrics of
this song are basically saying 'make the most of your
life and cherish the things you have.' Respect the Lord,
he has done so much for you. Look back at your life and
think of everything he's done for you. Thank him, and let
him know that you're sorry for the times you've let him
down. 'Respect the Lord', he is your creator after all!! This song was also produced by
Neil Preston. |

| 'Single
Mums Stand Up and Be Counted' - What can I say other than
it's hard work being a single mum!! However I wouldn't
change Tomisha for the world, she's amazing!! I always
thought that when I had a baby I'd stay together with the
baby's father and live happily ever after. Things don't
always work out as you'd planned! This song is for all
those fellow single mums out there. It's saying that you
can still achieve your dreams even if you're on your own.
It's acknowledging how hard, yet rewarding, it can be
when you're a single mum. Stand up and be counted! This song was
also produced by Neil Preston. |

| 'Harmonise' - I wrote this song for a
songwriters peace competition last year. Unfortunately I
didn't get round to entering it but will enter it this
year. Neil did an excellent job of producing this song,
as he does with them all! It's a pity my vocals don't
match up, I could probably do with re recording it!
However the message behind this song means 'far' more
than worrying about what I sound like! It's about world
peace and how the world needs to 'Harmonise'. With all
the destruction going on around us, the terrorism, the
loss of lives, the hatred that seems to linger within
society, there needs to be some kind of unification. I
don't think God is happy with the direction the world is
going in and we all need to do our bit to 'Harmonise'. This song was also produced by
Neil Preston. |

| 'Greater Scheme' is about the fact that all the
trivial matters that we get ourselves wound up about
don't really matter in the 'Greater Scheme' of things!
'Faith, Love, Friends and Family' are the most important
things in life. Everything else should come second best.
There are so many people out there 'without' these
necessities of a fulfilling life so, if you have got
these things, see yourself as being unbelievably lucky!
'What will be will be so just let it be', in other words
concentrate on what you 'have' got and don't always be
striving for something better. You don't know what you've
got 'til it's gone as they say! Don't take your life for
granted. God's got a plan for your life, it will unfold
in God's perfect timing. Until then, make the most of
what you've got, you only get one chance on this earth. This song was also produced by
Neil Preston. |

| I
recorded this
song in Manchester with a good friend of mine, Kunle from
'Don't stop
the Flow'. I
love this song, even I listen to it when I'm feeling a
bit down! It's called 'Negative
2 Positive' and it's literally about turning the
negative in your life into positive. It can be hard to do
this, especially when bad things are happening and you
can't see light at the end of the tunnel. Well there is
light at the end of the tunnel, and if you look deep
within yourself you'll find it. This may sound easier
said than done, but I find if you hand your troubles over
to God, a big weight will be lifted off your shoulders.
Pray, and you'll most definitely feel more positive! |

| I wrote 'Make
Poverty History' because I am extremely
passionate about making poverty history! 50,000
people are dying every day from poverty, that's 1 every 3
seconds! That stirs my soul and I really want to
get the message out there that we can 'all' do something
to help. Sometimes we can feel helpless when we see
pictures of dying children on TV or homeless people on
the streets but, in actual fact, we're not. If every
one of us were to put a little money aside for the people
in poverty or make a point of buying Fair Trade products,
together we could really make a difference. The song was
also produced by Neil Preston. 'Make Poverty History'
reached the finals in the 'U.K Songwriting Contest' 2005
in the Christian category. |

| 'Mesmerise' - This song was written for an
ex boyfriend for his birthday. However it can also be
applied to my fascination of God. He mesmerises me every
day. I'm in awe of him and want to get closer and closer
to him. He most definitely 'fulfills my every need'. 'My
hungry heart he feeds'. ' Mesmerise' was produced by a
guy called Liam from the Wirral. It's not my usual style
but I love to be versatile! |

| 'Freephone 2 Heaven' is about the free direct line
that we 'all' have '24/7' to the Heavenlies. Some of us
choose to use it, some of us don't. Those of you that
don't really are missing out, I would Highly recommend
it. The key is to start by acknowledging that God is
there, whether it be by praying out loud or in your mind.
Once you've done that you'll start to see changes in your
life. The more you pray, the closer you will get to God.
He's waiting on the edge of his throne 'right now' for
you to talk to him! Before you write me off as being
insane, try it and see. You've got nothing to lose and
absolutely everything to gain!! This song was also produced by Neil
Preston. |

| 'For Those Who Cry Tonight' - was co written with Neil
Preston at the time of the London bombings. Again, Neil
was the inspiration for this song, it was his idea and he
also sings it with me. It can be applicable to anyone
that has lost loved ones. No one knows exactly what
happens when we die but I do believe we will be reunited
with our loved ones. My heart cries out to all those who
are in mourning, I pray that they will find comfort in
the Lord. This song is different again to my usual style
but I like the feel to it. This song was also produced by Neil
Preston. |

| 'Freeze This Moment' was written and produced by
Neil Preston, I just sang it, but I think it's a lovely
song. We can all think of times when we wished we'd have
been able to stop the clock to embrace a moment. |

| 'You Got Me' is more commercial than some of
my songs. I wanted to write something a bit cheeky. It's
got an RnB feel to it and it's about when someone's got
your attention and is making you feel special. It's a
good feeling when there's chemistry between 2 people, it
makes life so much more exciting! This song was co-written and also
produced by Neil Preston. |

| 'Inner Pride' is one of the first songs I
ever wrote. It took me a long time to find my inner pride
and I still struggle with it sometimes. The message of
this song is that we need to make the best of what we've
got. Every single one of us is unique and we all have
amazing qualities because God made us in his image and
he's 'Amazing!' It's about making the most of your
potential and believing in yourself. The most important
line in the song is 'Cause you just have to look inside
and let the Lord God be your guide'. There lies the key
to your true 'Inner Pride'. |

song. I like the 'Hollywood' feel it's got to it. We can
all relate to being attracted to Movie Stars! |

| 'Lazy Daze' was co-written and produced by
a singer/songwriter called 'Dave Burton'. We wrote it at
a songwriting class that we attended. I think everyone
has those 'Lazy days' where they don't want to get up and
face the world. Sometimes we can feel like pulling the
duvet over our heads, turning over and going back to the
dream we have just come out of. I personally find this
bliss!! I love being snuggled up in bed, especially when
it's cold outside. I love the acoustic guitar feel to
this song, I really enjoyed singing it. |

| 'I wasn't sure whether to put this one on as it is
even cheekier than 'You got me' but I thought why not,
it's o.k to be cheeky sometimes! 'Steam' is about when you want to let off some steam but you can't. It's about not being able to cross the line even though you want to. As human beings we can sometimes find ourselves in this position and it is a good test of strength if you endure. 'Steam' was produced by Kunle from 'Don't stop the flow'. I am soon to be working again with Kunle on a new song that I wrote with a girl called 'Teddy Dymz'. Watch this space! It's a good'un!! |

| 'Addicted' was inspired, co-written and
produced by Neil. We literally created it in a
matter of days, last week. I love the production of
it! We all have vices which we can become addicted
to and for me my biggest addiction of all is
God. If you listen to the words of the verses, I
have expressed how my addiction to God's love drives me
in everything that I do. Everyone can relate to
this song as we all have or have
had experiences of feeling addicted to someone or
something. This song (with 'New Dimension') reached Semi-Finalist position in the U.K Songwriting Contest 2007 |

| 'Jealousy Fever' is about the fever that is
jealousy. I think we all suffer with it from time to time
but some more than others. I seem to be more on the
receiving end of jealousy which is why I've written 2
songs about it. I think if people were to concentrate
more on their own lives and their own happiness rather
than venting their frustrations on others, they would be
so much more content in their own skin. We are all unique
and we all have our own strengths and weaknesses. No-one
is any better than anyone else, we are all equal. Even if
you feel that others seem to get a better deal than you,
remember, God has a perfect plan just for you. Ask him
what it is and receive your cure for 'Jealousy Fever'.
'Jealousy Fever' was written by me and produced by Neil
Preston. |

| 'A Time for Everything' was co-written and produced by
Neil Preston, . It's based around Ecclesiastes 3:1-8. I
love this song, not only because it's Biblical but
because when I listen to it, it makes me realise that
whatever I'm going through at the time, whether good or
bad, is happening for a reason. It gives me hope for the
future and a fresh understanding of God's perfect timing.
I love the country feel to this song, it reminds me of my
late Great Aunty and Uncle. They were Famous Country and
Western singers, 'Miki and Griff'. |

| 'High Heel Shoes' was produced and co-written
with Neil Preston. 'The Pussy Cat Dolls' were looking for
a new song so we thought we'd have a go! Although we
didn't get anywhere, we were pleased with the result!
'High Heel Shoes' is another girly song, of which I can
imagine being played by a bunch of girls getting ready to
go out. There's something about wearing High Heel Shoes
that adds to a girls confidence! 'High Heel Shoes' has
also been signed to 'Urban Angel'. |

Neil Preston. This song is all about girls embracing
their femininity. Us girls like to look pretty and feel
good about ourselves. We love to dress up and put our
make up on, it makes us feel more confident. 'Lipstick
and Lace' is a real feel good song, it's designed to perk
you up! This is another one of my favorites and it has
gained alot of interest! 'Lipstick and Lace' has also
been signed to 'Urban Angel'. |

| 'Because I'm Worth It' was co-written and produced by
Neil Preston. This is one of my favorites. I was going
through a patch where I felt misunderstood and
under-estimated. I've worked so hard over the years and
I'll never give up on my dreams! Sometimes I don't feel
appreciated, but I suppose that goes for the rest of
human nature! This song is an expression of pure passion
for what I do and it comes from the bottom of my heart! I
love the rock pop feel to it. Another genius creation by
Neil Preston! This song has been signed to 'Urban Angel'. |

| 'Hanging
Around at the Shopping Mall' is also produced by and
co-written with Neil Preston. The inspiration for this
song comes from Neils daughter Charlotte! It's written
for all those teens out there that love to hang around
the shopping mall on a Saturday afternoon! There is a
twist to this song. The first chorus is saying 'We want
it All'. However, the bridge is basically saying we don't
really need new clothes, we've got plenty, we've got each
other and that's all that matters! The last chorus says
'We've got it All!' |
