Ready made mirrors will be despatched within 24 hours.
The creation time for a commissioned design will be dependant on the materials required and the complexity of the design, this will be discussed with you at the order stage.
Payment in British Pound Sterling by cheque [payable to Louise Parker is due within 7 days after goods have been received].
Packaging , Transport & Costs :
Prices per mirror will vary depending on each design , Postage and Packing costs for despatch within the UK will again be dependant on the shape and size of your mirror.
All mirrors will be shipped individually wrapped in bubble wrap and enclosed in cardboard , Larger Mirrors will need to be packed in wood to avoid damage [additional costs will apply].
Returns / Refunds :
Each mirror is carefully checked before it is shipped. If any merchandise is damaged upon receipt please contact me immediately after your package arrives.
Any exchange of Products will be dealt with on an individual basis as most of the designs are commissioned. All returns are the responsibility of the customer and postage and packing costs must be covered to ensure safe delivery.
