This is a small company with a simple command structure, there are just three command positions.
The company is primarily an archer/skirmisher unit. In combat the Captain provides overall command and control, the Sergeant of Archers directs the archers and the Provost controls the others in support of the archers.
Outside of combat situations the Captain negotiates contracts and provides general company direction; the Sergeant of Archers organises foraging, scouting and messengers and the Provost organises camp security and bodyguards as needed.
Decisions are made by vote of the company members present, the senior officer present having the casting vote. Major decisions can only be made with the full company present.
