Off down to Cornwall once more, near to the homes of many of us and pretty close to our wintering quarters in lovely Cymria, to face off against these mysterious invaders once more. Naturally being in Albion the rain was rarely far away.
Magic wielders were seriously suffering from a lack of power. This was solved by the rebuilding of the Staff of Trask and Dengezich becoming the Principality of Magic.
The Discordials' Hat Competition dissolved into chaos once it was realised that only one of the judges had been bribed by the winner.
There was a sad, sad lack of exploding cocktails in the camp this year.
The camp was attacked many times by the scarecrow people, often while it was pretty empty, they seemed to be looking for things to take. In general people simply avoided them or tried to herd them away from sensitive areas.
We fought with the College Guard alongside our friends in the Fir Cruthen in an attack designed to break open the Invaders' lines. We started by the Giant, one of the sacred sites of the West Country. One of the Talastri joined us despite the Talastri's distrust of the College. Four of us were selected by the Druids to be Chosen, a special honour: Storm Oak, Ogai, Raloganheg and the Talastri. The enemy lines were taken but at great cost, especially amongst the Fir Cruthen, we lost Raloganheg and the Talastri in the massacre on the hill.
On the following day the nations of the Treaty of Thrones consolidated our success and prevented the invaders from taking the land back.
C.A.T.S. was founded during a marathon discussion about the world and the quality of mead.
Henry says "I got taken out while taking a pee". Apparently this was an attack by a ninja squirrel so watch out for your nuts when you're in Cornwall.
Lord Darius of the Vipers married Black Annie in a non-crossbow wedding. The festivities were unfortunately cut short by a savage attack on the Lions' camp.
The Hei Ravni held a pretty busy party, only interrupted once by an attack.
Ushi Ogai, now finally accepted as a full Samurai, was entering the last stages of his life and retired to the training school.
Storm Oak somehow managed to kill Samuel by a gentle tap to the knee to get his attention. Nobody realised what had happened until it was too late.
Yet again the gathered peoples failed to perform the Ritual of Renewal. How long can this go on?
We have only a few photos
