"Translating information into a clear, informative and interesting way is a permanent challenge"

FaceNicholas David Greenaway

Winning a Design award, back in school for a fictional product "Christmas treats" Confirmed to me that my future would always be in creating, Leaving School with 8 GCSE's, An IT and RSA typing Qualification i took a new path in engineering with a BTEC GNVQ Int. In Engineering. Engineering was interesting..but it wasn't me, so after a few years i decided to return to design and complete two college courses in design, Courses set up by the Chilten open college network, specialising in photoshop, Quark and Dreamweaver. After these courses I made the decision the either specialise in print or web design, after several small roles in each, i decided to concentrate on print design, and that is where i continue to train, work and grow, I now aim to become an Adobe certified expert in the next few years.

I Call myself a creative designer, but in reality i would be open minded to create anything that could be created using Photoshop, Illustrator and in-design. Supported with other programs such as Dreamweaver, Flash and quarkxpress.

I have more or less worked exclusively with Adobe products since 2002, Working with Photoshop from version 5 - CS4, indeed i have made in a permanent aim to become intimately familiar with photoshop specifically. Also working with the environments Windows 98, 2000 , XP and Vista, I have also worked with Mac OS 9 briefly, and more recently Mac os 10.5 (Leopard), I know each system intimately, indeed, Continually using new technology's is reflected in my mission statement " innovating and making best use of those new technologies and concepts".

My work recently won me £1,300 of new software with the makers of QuarkXpress. I am now a featured designer.
