Newcastle United paid £5 million for Jermaine Jenas, a
player who is regarded as one of Englands up and coming superstars
and who has recently just been awarded PFA Young Player of the
Year award for Season 02/03.
Jenas, (pronounced 'jeen-as') signed professional terms with
Forest in August 1999 after coming through the club's academy
system and was awarded man-of-the-match in Englands defeat to
Australia on his debut.
